Manny Gamboa has learned the coating business from the ground up. As a member of Nicoat's core team for over 20 years, he's been directly involved in all aspects of R D, production, tech service, and distribution. In his current position, he's applying that hands-on knowledge to all aspects of operations.
His goal? To ensure customers that every coating product they purchase meets the premium quality levels that Nicoat is known for.
Achieving that goal requires a solid plan and implementation process. Manny gets personally involved in a wide range of plant activities. He oversees daily production, troubleshoots, purchases and inspects all raw materials, and adheres to environmental regulations. All in the name of quality.

To ensure that this standard is met, Manny oversees the purchasing of top quality raw materials. He keeps the manufacturing team focused on tested production processes and methods. Manny is also a reliable, knowledgeable resource available to Nicoat's customers.
Quality Through ISO 9001
During the demanding ISO application process, Manny played a major role in defining many of Nicoat's key manufacturing processes and procedures. He continues to coordinate the many ongoing efforts required to remain in compliance.
-Solid Teamwork
Manny has seen the benefits of good teamwork first-hand, so as Nicoat grows, he works to maintain high performance on many levels. With the manufacturing team, that means training, regular meetings to keep informed, and ongoing involvement in ISO activities. To expand teamwork throughout the company, he also provides ongoing support to the staff in R D, technical support, sales, and administration.
